I'm Blayke Polzin — a performance coach based in downtown Bellevue, WA, training out of Results Fitness on 108th Ave NE. My philosophy is non-negotiable: you don't have to choose between looking great and performing great. Most programs chase one. Mine delivers both — every time.

I grew up in a chiropractic household and spent years working in regenerative medicine — specializing in spinal injuries and recovery. That background is baked into every program I write. I've coached dozens of clients in the 45–55 age group who want to build real muscle and strength without breaking their body down in the process.
